      Nothing, normal full-time job, nothing special.

      Cons

      Below average pay, benefits are terrible, if you are not in the "in crowd" you will get nothing. They get raises, promotions, special treatment, more time off, protection from abusive co-workers or clients, and shown they are valued.

      Pay was decent and that is about all.

      Cons

      Favoritism. Management needs training on situations and quit hiring family as it makes difficult for those not in their family to move up anywhere in company.
