Pros
Great company, great product and working along with great co-workers. Love working remote.
Cons
No annual raises and they took away our quarterly incentives. Struggling to pay bills and make ends meet since no more quarterly incentives. Even with my husband’s income, still need to find a 3rd income to survive living in San Diego. Makes me sad knowing that a newly hired fast-food worker or janitor makes just as much or more than someone that been working here 10+ years.
