Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on Glassdoor. We have recently conducted our annual Employee Engagement survey and each year this gives us the opportunity to make changes and enhancements to ensure our goals of excellence for our employees can be met. From this feedback we know that we have made some really positive impact in a number of key area most important to our Colliers family.
-the people
-mostly easy-going
-not a hard job
-good actually entry level job
-people are almost always willing to teach you something you are not sure about
Cons
-Schedule rigidity
-almost no say in where or when you work (even though the company preaches this as one of its values)
-the pay (didn't get a raise for the first 2 years I worked there and they were small rasises. Then told I was not being promoted after waiting 3 years for the promotion I was promised)
-the favoraitism by management
-the work is either a 100% or nothing to do
-in office days tend to be highly stressful
