      Colliers is going through a genesis. If the strategic plan is successful it may be a stellar organization to work for. They are currently updating systems from the phone to software to the cloud

      Cons

      Property management teams do not work together. The accounting team is used more for support creating a weakness in cohesive integration of processes.
