Pros

Well established company with a strong encouragement to grow professionally by means of training programs and challenging projects with high profile client base. Compensation is fair with decent benefits and offers a bunch of remote/in person activities for employee engagement.

Cons

Work culture is slightly askewed, from unrealistic expectations to manage a consistent high level volume projects resulting in a concerning burn out rate amongst team members to hiring/policy restrictions set by upper management causing for harsh work environment. Individual groups work competitive against one another instead of uniformly causing for a significant loss in potential to be stronger as a whole, communication is the greatest victim here.

Pros

Flexible schedule & ability to work remote or hybrid

Cons

The company does not communicate effectively among all staff. Upper management treats as-needed staff like they are trash and they don't take time to understand the discipline that they are in charge of. When the department is understaffed, the employees are told to just "work harder" instead of hiring more people. They interview people, make them believe they have a shot, then the managers ghosts them. Even though they label themselves as having "competitive" salaries, they pay less than some smaller companies. Large bonuses only go to managers after their staff does all the hard work. Regular staff gets small bonuses and baby raises each year. A lot of people resign after they refuse to do bigger raises because they can get hired for a lot more at other companies. Upper management also ignores all communication from regular staff. There are no repercussions to Upper management when there are HR complaints about them. Advancement in the company is super slow.
