      Cons

      High school gossip and a slight buddie buddie system to a degree. If you not a person who likes to make “friends” than something’s wrong

      Plenty of opportunities for work.

      Cons

      Go to employees were expected to work more than average hours. A lot of people would come in late and leave early.
