      Health benefits, 401k match, most times good work life balance though weekends expected on big projects

      Cons

      Poor management that changes decisions often and leads with fear when questioned. Junior staff frustrated by redundant work with little opportunity to advance. Pay is also lower compared to competitors.

      Hybrid work schedule. You'll be in the office on a Zoom call, sitting next to the people you're on a Zoom call with.
