      Pros

      Being a fresh graduate I was very confused to start working from home. I was also not sure if I made right decision to accept this role in Collinson. But enormous amount of support and care from my line manager, lead, and senior team members have given me enough confidence that today within only 3 months I am very comfortable working in my team . What I love most about Collinson is I get to learn new things on daily basis and there is no DO MORE pressure on me.

      Cons

      Nothing that I would have noticed so far, other than that there is not enough work for me to do sometimes šŸ˜.

      Benefits, decent pay, U.K. holidays if you're in the U.S.

      Cons

      Hybrid work schedule. You'll be in the office on a Zoom call, sitting next to the people you're on a Zoom call with.
