      -Overall nice colleagues across different teams -A chance to interact with many people from different departments -Some effort focused on team building

      Cons

      -Messy direction from senior leadership, which has led to many people leaving to find better opportunities -Easy to get stuck in a role with little room for growth unless you actively voice out your opinions

      Hybrid work schedule. You'll be in the office on a Zoom call, sitting next to the people you're on a Zoom call with.
