Pros
It is a business with a lot of heart. They will match your charitable donations and fundraising efforts to the tune of £1000 per year; they offer 3 paid volunteer days per year and are a founding partner of Coach Core and have a strategic partnership with Save the Children, and allow you to work anywhere for up to 8 weeks a year That heart comes from the top. This is a family run business at huge scale. They don't get everything right but they certainly do their best and I believe they genuinely care about the people, the communities in which they work and the business itself.
Cons
The business is rightly transforming at pace across a number of functions. This is creating challenges for teams and colleagues and the support, in the form of clarity of vision, strong communication and trust is not always what it should be.
