      - Good culture, diverse and people actually care what you are doing - Many events and team bonding, good colleagues - Really investing into developing the people here

      Cons

      - Heavy workload due to ancient systems and some how rigid processes, though I know the company is working on it, but it needs to be a lot faster than current pace

      Benefits, decent pay, U.K. holidays if you're in the U.S.

      Cons

      Hybrid work schedule. You'll be in the office on a Zoom call, sitting next to the people you're on a Zoom call with.
