      There’s a bunch of new stuff happening, especially with AI — you can kinda tell CFS is into it. There’s heaps of things to join in, like groups and activities, especially for younger people. So yeah, lots going on.

      Role can sometimes be demanding with longer hours than usual outside of your 9-5

      Good CBD location Life leave and birthday leave Decent salary and yearly bonus Mentoring and skills workshops available

      Cons

      Not very stable. There was a lot of restructuring and redundancies during my time there. In my department there were people who resigned without having another job lined up. It was sad to see many good people leave.
