Pros
The owner is a crusty old kook who has worked in high-end hotels for his whole life. The GM does his best to keep him on track, but he does stray. The staff does have a lot of fun for what little benefits that are given them.
Cons
The owner wont develop its staff. If staff doesnt meet his expectation, he replaces them. He will hire the new employee, have you train them, and then fire you. The owner purposely picks fights between departments to keep everyone competitive. There is no teamwork and no stability.
