      So many employees have never worked anywhere else. They have no idea what happens in the real world. Morale is low. Zero leadership culture.

      Benefits are ok. Staff are nice people put in a bad position.

      Cons

      Heavy workload. Bureaucratic to a fault. A toxic environment filled with drama and unprofessional behavior. Leadership is nonexistent.
