Pros

$15 per hour is good, you can look however you want and there is freedom of expression, good hours if they like you, the customers keep it fun, and the coworkers are wonderful

Cons

Terrible Management, Inconsistent Work hours, Zero opportunities for growth, Can't have your phone while working, being treated like a child, you have to ask to use the restroom, you aren't allowed to leave your section, you are doing the work of the cleaning staff because CF is too cheap to hire any full-time cleaners, staying late to clean the ball-pit that doesn't get cleaned seriously, you are left in your section for 3hrs and the rotation schedule is terrible, the floor-leaders are not good at all they are children leading children. This is a place to work for a limited time because you need money quickly, but dont build a career here as it'll never come. Senior management has zero clue how to lead staff. So this job is temporary, simply come here to meet cool people and make quick cash, nothing further. But it is a cool place to work for the short-term.

Pros

I met wonderful creative teammates of different artistic background and cultures.

Cons

Management made working at this Instagram experience un-desirable . I wasn't paid on time and was told a lie as to why , everyone else was paid except me (almost 1 week w/o pay). Constantly spied on with our work apps provided by color factory in regards to criticisms of Management . Which was then removed because management wanted to be "open and transparent" with us. Strange, because when we did confront you about these issues you felt that we were attacking you . Also as mentioned before by other reviewers , there was a lack of a managerial presence on the floor. Visitors were often times rude and demanding
