      Pros

      - Very understanding and friendly management. - Consistent work schedule. - Great training staff. - Great incentives for performance.

      Cons

      The main con I can think of has to do if you have any "during the week" responsibilities. Albeit an extremely small con due to the fact that management is willing to work with you if you have to do something before work or during lunch. This is a con experienced with any full time position during the week.

      Pros

      Everyone is treated as an individual, abilities to work remote, great pay, and wonderful company benfits. The management is supportive and offers professional opportunity to grow.

      Cons

      None - it is a fast paced environment but that's not a con.

      Work from Home; Fair Compensation

      Cons

      This is a sales agency - agent is now allowed to keep in touch with client once they make the sale. The account is then turned over to a Service Team and client feels abandoned
