      I've never been more proud to represent a company. They have brought a model to the industry that is unlike anything insurance has ever seen. Support is stellar. Compensation opportunities are huge. Virtual business, no overhead, no hassles, no micromanaging

      Cons

      (not really a con, just a fact) You have to work in order to make money. You're not handed leads- you must create your own business. You must have drive and ambition to succeed

      Pros

      Everyone is treated as an individual, abilities to work remote, great pay, and wonderful company benfits. The management is supportive and offers professional opportunity to grow.

      None - it is a fast paced environment but that's not a con.

      This is a sales agency - agent is now allowed to keep in touch with client once they make the sale. The account is then turned over to a Service Team and client feels abandoned
