      The management is dishonest and unethical. During my acceptance for the role, I made requests for accommodations that were promised to me (in my offer letter), yet later those accommodations were used against me. The manager also likes to talk politics in staff and client meetings. The manager also thinks “diversity and inclusion in the workplace is stupid”. as he quoted. Toxic work environment. Honestly consider it a blessing I am no longer with them… bye bye

      Pros

      There are alot of pros with working for Colorado SEO Pros. We have a very good work life balance, great pay, and team focused environment. I have worked here for over 3 years and have seen quite a bit of changes. I can tell what hasn't changed is the organizations support for their clients as well as employees. We do work hard here but we also play hard. We get great benefits and the management is very supportive of professional growth and helping us move up in our skills.

      Cons

      Angencies are sometimes tough. Longer hours some weeks than other but it comes with the territory. Also being a small company we have to wear alot of hats and can be challenging from time to time.
