No reason, only bad experience

One of the worst company I have ever joined. No professionalism, no sense of urgency, responsibility & ownership, poor management, no career growth, no value for employee efforts. The most unfortunate aspect of my experience occurred when I arrived at their office to collect my fnf cheque. I was required to wait at the security gate for approximately 20 to 30 minutes due to an unreasonable policy that mandates all visitors to wait. This lack of consideration for others' time was disheartening, as I was not permitted to enter the office and had to collect my cheque at the security gate, which was quite embarrassing. Other employees who have provided a 5-star ratings were asked by HR team to do so. They did not initiate this action by their own. Very bad experience all the time.
