Can't think of any pros

Left my previous job to work here. Owner knew this. All the feedback I got was good. Told me I was "doing great" Then, after about a month, he just stops giving me hours, stops answering my calls, stops replying to my texts. Eventually he texted me back saying he's trying to get me hours, but I never heard from him again. So worse than ghosting actually. If he had just had the integrity to be honest with me I could have moved on sooner. He also said a bunch of sexist and homophobic stuff. There was a girl working there who was dealing with health issues and he pressured her to work through them while also talking behind her back about how hiring women was a liability.

grasping at straws, but Esthers Bakery is in the building close to CBD. Highly reccommend them!

Toxic work environment, staff continously talking about other staff and their mistakes rather than taking it as a teaching opportunity. Using out of date software and programmings. Filing systems are beyond disorganized. (up to 10+ sub folders at times you are expected to just know) Discourages creativity at every opportunity due to the owners personal views. Definitely not a place to support or work, especially in today's society.
