      Reasonable hours and mediocre vacation.

      Cons

      Pay is low and the company overall is very cheap to the point they choose to loose money and file paper work rather than solve product issues.

      Dear Former Engineer, Thank for your feedback. I am not sure how long you have been gone but much work has been done to upgrade the R&D structure and processes within the organization including a nice blend of experienced Engineers and Co-ops. I would characterize our PTO as exceptional and pay as competitive.

      Difficult to please manager and hot and cold every week.
