      Great Product.Owners are not afraid to buy a lot of inventory.Pay commission on all products

      Cons

      Managers are immature and insecure which causes problems with independent self thinkers.If you are able to gain rapport with customers without constantly checking with your manager this is not allowed.Internet is controlled by one person and he doesn't distribute leads fairly.Lastly,the hours that you are expected to work is 50- 60 hours per week

      Pros

      Possible high commissions by luck only. When you sell a lot you get a lot of praise.

      Cons

      Long hours, no opportunities for advancement, full commission with draws that roll over so when you do make commission you pay company back for draws. Sales staff is competitive and management lets them steal customers from each other. They don't care as long as the company gets a sale.
