I have had the pleasure of working for Columbus Hospitality Management for the past 18 years, and I can confidently say that it is an exceptional company to work for. One of the things that stands out to me most about this company is its commitment to authentic hospitality. From the top down, everyone truly values creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests, and it shows in every interaction. Additionally, Columbus Hospitality Management places a strong emphasis on continuous development for its employees. There are always opportunities to learn and grow, whether it's through on-the-job training or formal training programs. I have personally benefitted from these opportunities and have seen many of my colleagues progress in their careers as a result. Finally, I appreciate how Columbus Hospitality Management prioritizes internal promotion. It is evident that the company values its employees and is invested in their long-term success. I have witnessed numerous colleagues rise through the ranks and take on leadership roles within the company, which is a testament to the culture of growth and development. Overall, I am grateful to be a part of the Columbus Hospitality Management family and am proud to work for a company that embodies authentic hospitality, continuous development, and internal promotion.

They let you do other peoples work as well as your own.

Cons

- Management refuses to handle be forefront for employee issues - Promises of working equipment, more hours benefits just for nothing to change after 8 months of lies and promises - Hires ex cons who threaten people and they do nothing to imeediate situation - If you work hard you're rewarded with other peoples work - Constant attacks about my appearance, weight, -Verbally Harassed by fellow employees -Put two week notice in because of harassment and they refused it and let me go
