A great career move! - Anonymous employee Colva Employee Review

After quite a drawn-out interview process, I was offered the position of Account Manager. I'd worked alongside an ex-employee of Colva since last year and she was so overtly negative, I suspected that there may be more to it. Thank goodness I took the gamble and applied. I've never worked in such a driven, positive environment and where the team all want you to do well. I look forward to getting up for work - something I've never done. The Owner is the MD too and he has been nothing but supportive and has created a culture which embraces creativity and growth.
