- The work flow and processes are so inefficient, the analogy I would use is - the rest of the world are sending emails and they are still sending letters on pigeons. - Lack of common sense - the company will repeatedly do the same thing for the same results (when clearly, it isn't working), without a thought of improving their process. - Salary - you wouldn't even be able to imagine how low it is.
