Management out of touch. Local Manager is a good old boy and is only in his position due to his friendship with owner. Managers are sheep. No meetings, no direction, and running off customers they are good at. Managers are not trained as Managers are only in the positions because of their length with the company. When leadership comes to town they hide in their office and talk to no one. No room for growth and the current Manager is clueless about the state of morale, or working conditions of the team. Only people benefiting from anything is the owners and the Managers.
