Pays well above market rates. Good people willing to help. Great new office in North Sydney but a tight or snug feel. (Will eventually outgrow the office premise). New management team which may make a difference.
Cons
Interview process is quite slow and there is a view of favouritism or bias views in the recruitment process. The it's who you know syndrome. No processes is place especially in the sales team. It's really down to the bare bones and rebuilding from scratch. Going concern company and financial records don't look too good in the short-medium view. Decision making process is too slow and unclear strategies for the future of the organisation. Organisation owned by VC's which can be flipped at anytime with disastrous consequences for staff members. Communication between teams is shocking! Left in the dark as if you are back in the stone age.
