Cons
Majority of senior management is too busy twiddling their thumbs to actively manage their departments or they are constantly on the road. Managers usually have little to no authority over whats going on due to under-staffing (dont want anyone to quit heh) and not wanting to upset any of the older employees who have somehow acquired complete immunity to any form of discipline. Terrible management style, working fixing whatever problem sprung up overnight without having any short or long term planning. Zero accountability about anything , if a project fails its nobody's fault, give yourself a nice pat on the back and try to do better next time, just dont try to figure out what went wrong because nobody cares about that. Long term career opportunities are a joke, whoever has been there the longest gets the job regardless of effort or qualifications (that explains a lot).
