Pros
Free Parking and a lot of very intelligent and dedicated employees that are mission oriented. Was a very friendly atmosphere at one time prior to merge.
Cons
Dysfunctional leadership. Lack of understanding of those on the ground and really don't care about what they do and how it adds to the vision for the company. Some shady business practices with government contracts bordering on fraud.
