Corporate and Plant Management work hard to maintain a safe and friendly work environment.

Company has some difficultly with project management.

To be honest I have nothing great to say about my time at Comar. I feel like at times I was ostracized by my coworkers due to age and race and made to feel as though my perspective was not valued due to my experience.

We had a couple employee engagement events that I was apart of. It was very helpful early on in my career to pull from a more seasoned group of individuals and at such a small site I was able to learn much.
