Decent place to work - Welder/Fabricator Combilift Employee Review

This is probably my favorite place I have ever worked! Loved the environment and management was so easy to work with! Suggestions are taken and great team of people!

Had a family emergency and would have stayed if I could have had hybrid for a short time.

Overtime available, when the elderly employees don't get it taken away. Before the factory sent over their "Class Instructor" work ended when you clocked out. Free health insurance even if it isn't the best.

Zero communication from factory in Ireland. Changes are made months before the NA team gets any information. Class instructor just belittles an demeans technicians instead of teaching.
