Pros
Very low key workplace. We wear shorts and sandals, but still take care of business. Interesting new product which shows some vision and understanding of what the customer's need. Good future.
Cons
It's a small group of support staff so it gets too busy when folks are sick, on vacation, or maternity leave. It's not like the customers will stop calling.
