Everyone is friendly and dedicated to challenging one another to grow and strive for excellence on a regular basis. Management provides funded professional development opportunities across disciplines to help you refine your existing skills and develop new ones.

Cons

100% remote company poses some difficulty to build deep rapport with your peers. Zoom meetings, Slack, and email are welcomed but if you are hyper-dependent on in-person interaction with your colleagues and manager Comcate may not be a good fit.

Pros

It's a job and you get paid. If you're lucky, you will get paid on time. Their remote payroll team like to mess that up from time to time.

I am not sure where to begin. This place at first had hope. Then that dwindled, just like the last reviewer mentioned. Many tries to put new UI out and always failing. The company started with good intentions and the possibility to be big, but other companies since then have done it and done it better. They can't seem to grab their footing. One of their employee's drags his feet and thinks he is above everyone else due to his seniority. He will watch TV all day while others work. If you go out of office and need coverage, he will ignore everything. He will try to bully you and then the boss man will have his back no matter what. If I can give any advice to the owner, you should re-evaluate your relationship goals with staff. And I highly recommend ear phones or ear plugs if you work there (PSSS... BECAUSE HE IS REALLY LOUD). He lies to customers and on numerous occasions I witnessed him yelling at customers. Not very professional. But at the end of the day, this was all okay with the boss. The boss seems to be checked out of reality whenever genuine concerns are brought to his attention. He will BS you like a salesman to your face and then do nothing behind the door. Expect to work hard and get taken advantage of.
