      Pros

      Nothing as positive. The employees in San Jose are friendly.

      Cons

      I am working in this company for more than a year. The management is horrible and there is absolutely no voice for the US team, everything is controlled by the Swiss team. Lot of work pressure for the employee and horrible micromanagemnt by the executive team. Every small items are escalated to president level. Even in work, there is no development of new technologies at all, monotonous work just to satisfy the key customers. Management has absolutely no vision. Stay away from this place. I am actively looking to get out of this place.

      You get to learn and work with a lots of people and get a lots of hands on experience on projects and other stuff and you can do.

      Pros

      Individual Contributors (basic employees) are excellent in their professions. Trust them.

      Cons

      Extremely toxic and harmful to employee well-being and health. Code of Conduct is not real! If you report a complaint, HR & managers will use that against you and implement more harassment to try to get you to leave. Directors & Managers yelling at employees with abusive language, tone, volume are very real. Management has favorites and will actively block career growth and financial growth of others.
