Continuously hires developers without securing a proper budget, resulting to delayed salary (or no salary at all) when clients fail to pay on time. Majority of project's team composition are contractors that can be disposed of anytime. Throughout the 6-month contract, salary payments were consistently late. In the end, only 4 months were paid, with 2 months still unpaid. Use of TimeDoctor (Application that monitors your computer system activity while keeping track of work hours). Frequent overtime while unsure if you will even receive your salary. Hundreds of backlog tasks in their running projects, making it difficult to meet sprint goals while working on backlog and new tasks as well. Numerous breaches of contract terms. Regular employees are not safe and also experience the same monthly salary delays. After the contract and with 2 months of salary still unpaid, they don't reply to texts or emails anymore. Multiple contractor devs had the same experience. Not recommended. The company demonstrates poor financial planning, unreliable compensation practices, and a lack of accountability. Proceed with caution if considering a role here, as a contractor or even as a regular.
