      Great people in the office

      Cons

      Complaints about being verbally abused by the sales mgr get ignored,raises are nonexistent, no background checks on anyone they hire, corporate mgmt expects you to kiss their feet when they stop by for an infrequent visit, then talk down to you because you have the nerve to expect them to do their jobs.

      Pros

      There are so many employees who have been here for 20, 25, 30, 40+ years and it is a testament to Comfort's culture and stability, The product and service standards are exceptionally high but they also value and encourage a good work/life balance with generous PTO. It's been awesome being a part of this team.

      I have none, Team Comfort is the best.
