      Above-average bonus and fringe benefits COO and Operations team Safety culture being redeemed after almost being lost by money-driven management

      Current leadership is destroying value by putting short-term Ebitda culture above people and ethical conduct. Working environment is getting worse with frequent layoffs and downsizing. Excessive outsourcing compromising quality.
