Too many chiefs running around, micro managed to the point you don't know what to do, hard to get a clear direction or answer because everyone passes it off to the next. You are micro managed to the point it's impossible to do your job at times, the constant corporate people looking over your shoulder drives one crazy enough to make the mistakes they are looking for. You are not allowed to do your job and if you are, you will constantly question every second you make.
