The overall culture of the workplace is both fast paced and fun, such that there is always a new project to work on and an opportunity to learn something new or sharpen your skills. Senior leadership is dedicated to helping you grow as a professional with consistent mentoring opportunities as you are able to learn first hand from their expertise in marketing strategy and overall management skills. I would highly recommend working at Comm, as it has been an absolute dream job! I continue to develop both my data and analytics skills as well as my interpersonal skills, all within the supportive environment of both my immediate team and the agency as a whole.
