Pros

Everyone at CommCreative is incredibly welcoming, hardworking, and knowledgable in their field! The overall culture of the workplace is both fast paced and fun, such that there is always a new project to work on and an opportunity to learn something new or sharpen your skills. Senior leadership is dedicated to helping you grow as a professional with consistent mentoring opportunities as you are able to learn first hand from their expertise in marketing strategy and overall management skills. I would highly recommend working at Comm, as it has been an absolute dream job! I continue to develop both my data and analytics skills as well as my interpersonal skills, all within the supportive environment of both my immediate team and the agency as a whole.

Cons

No negatives to working here- be ready to work at a fast pace with a variety of interesting clients!

Pros

Remote intern for COMM, working on the digital team and doing some data and analytics work as well. Have loved the work I'm doing and the people on the team, have learned a lot. Lots of flexibility in my schedule as well.

Cons

Not really sure! Really great opportunities and good people. Wish the clients were more exciting I guess

Pros

Brilliant, hard-working colleagues that consistently and passionately deliver great work for our clients. No egos, very collaborative, open-minded and an overall fun team! Growth potential is wide-open and there is tremendous opportunity to learn, expand and take on as much responsibility as you can handle. Collaborative, interesting clients that span B2B and B2C with wide variety of challenges and opportunities. Each day is different and most will learn more here in a year than anywhere else in 5 years. Also great work-life balance compared to traditional agency life!

Cons

Small enough that it's impossible to hide and not be a producer (which is only a bad thing for some) so it's imperative each individual brings a lot of energy and brain-power to each project. Very fast-paced, meeting heavy days, and tight deadlines make it difficult for some work styles to adjust to.
