      You get to work with a lot of current/former senior officials on a lot of interesting projects. If you take advantage of the opportunity, you can learn a lot here.

      Cons

      Mid-level management will slowly break you down until you you want to leave. Partners are so absent they have no idea that mid-level management is horrible. Mid-level management has been cited as the only reason my colleagues have told me they want to leave

      Pros

      The company culture is bar none. Everyone shows up with a desire to get things done. Management likes to reward and recognize success. The work is meaningful, even at the intern level. The opportunity to learn about niche sectors and new processes is endless. A person with the right aptitude, attitude and drive will go far with CCG.
