Convenience of working from home, great benefits, and incredibly supportive upper management.

I really have no cons that I can think of.

Management was genuinely good to work for and work with, and they allowed you to choose your own hours.

The only downside was that work didn’t start flowing in until afternoon which didn’t allow for morning shift (for the accounts I worked on).
