Business Outlook
Pros
Hours are consistent. Pay is on the 1st and 15th of every month. Minimal supervision. A fair amount of downtime. Lots of days off due to holidays, and training days. Free medical, and dental.
Cons
There is no real chance for over-time. No real chance for advancement. Vacation is FUBAR... like, really. You get paid the vacation time throughout the year, and when you take the time off, you do not get paid for it. If you do not take the vacation though, you tend to get burnt out. No chance for changing anything. You will get frustrated at how things go, and there is nothing you can do to change it.
