      Command Partners is an exciting place to work - they're constantly trying new things, and working with clients on the cutting edge of the startup community. It's great to work with a team of motivated, smart, and helpful individuals that want to help every employee learn and grow.

      Cons

      Like any entrepreneurial company, sometimes the demands go longer than a standard 9-5.

      - Command Partners invests in its employees' growth - A nice combination of agency-life flexibility along with corporate-like benefits - The people...from leadership to most recent hires...are awesome

      - It's the hardest yet most rewarding job I've ever had - Dealing with the stress when some client's expectations are not grounded in reality

      Pros

      Cutting edge company with Great Leadership. Partners are well respected and experts in their fields with excellent reputation in the industry. Fun, cool offices with a modern look with a culture that's full of passion and energy.

      Cons

      Fast Paced atmosphere which may not be for the typical Charlotte, NC person. They have lots of A-list clients globally which means that you may have to take a call at 10pm at night or on weekends. So if you're looking for a 9-5 place this is not the place for you.
