Pros
The job itself is very easy, if you can check the books for flaws and pack them into boxes efficiently and quickly, then you are set. Work a lot of OT which is good for the money.
Cons
Work a lot of OT which is not good if you have a family or any sort of social life. The floor help (packers, pocket loaders, cover rollers, stack down people) start getting an attitude after about a week that they know everything and it ends up like working with kindergarteners. There is a lot of favoritism here. Management does nothing to resovle any issues here except to say "We'll look into it" which never gets done. There is very little or no communication between department heads, so jobs get ran wrong or labled wrong; one dept has completly different job info than another department
