Pros
Command7 dedicates a lot of time and energy to training their employees. I felt that my supervisors and the other members of my team were patient with me and quick to lend help and support. This gave me confidence in fulfilling my responsibilities. I felt comfortable going to supervisors or coworkers around me with questions. These factors made learning the systems and processes of Command7 very manageable for me. I also enjoyed my interactions and relationships with coworkers. While the work environment is focused, I also felt that it was not overly stiff or rigid. The executive management team is competent and friendly and takes time to get to know new employees. With this job, I also learned valuable communication, business, and technology skills that prepared me well for future employment opportunities. As I did my best to be responsible, work hard, and be innovative, I felt that I was given added responsibilities and growth opportunities. Based on my experience, I would recommend working for this company.
