No Increament and late night work every day, no comb-off,No Job Security - Senior Software Engineer Commdel Employee Review

In this past 2 years of my work span, I haven’t seen any delays in my salary. And it’s the same case even during appraisals. Employees with excellent work performance are rewarded with appreciation in the year half and even in the year end(annually). I like this way of rewarding employees and making them feel that they mean something to the organization. I admire it heartily.

Yet, till now, I have not seen any. And I believe, I won’t see any even in future as well.
