Pros

The co-workers, great boss (direct), support for you to be creative and listen to your solutions. Great product.

Cons

Favoritism to in office management. The company is 50% onsite 50% remote. The promotions and raises favor the onsite. Nepotism for the president. He is the son of the previous president.

Pros

It was a paycheck. I wouldn't recommend working here.

Cons

Operational and Technical Management created a toxic work environment No marketing or lead generation - You were required to create demand on your own while Management wanted more. Benefit package is below market. Story time: I was excited when Management rolled out a flashy Q4 incentive program—clear goals, big promises, and lots of encouragement to push through the finish line. And push I did. I hit the target. Exceeded it, actually. Then came the twist: I left the company shortly after the quarter ended, and suddenly my commission went from "approved" to "unpayable." Apparently, earning something fair and square doesn't count if you're no longer on payroll—regardless of the fact that the work was completed while I was fully employed. So yes, the incentive program was a great motivator. Just don’t expect the payout if you decide to grow your career somewhere else. To be clear, I enjoyed the team, learned a lot, and delivered results. But withholding earned compensation because of timing? That’s a policy choice—and a loud one. Companies that want high performers should act like high performers too.
