The workplace environment is great. Wonderful and knowledgeable coworkers who work well together. Awesome flexibility with work life balance.

No cons for me at this time.

1. Management is really helpful and friendly 2. When you are sick/ you need a vacation you need not wait for approvals 3. There is no hierarchy and everyone is given equal importance 4. Good Benefits 5. Well supportive management and employees 6. Management tries to make the office look positive and lively with all the interesting arts and motivational quotes,helping words 7. Very good Health insurance program 8. Well behaved and treated 9. Good programs to make employees stay healthy

Every company has pros and cons but with commerce cx i felt really happy and comfortable so far working on different projects. Infact its not like some one delegates or dictates what I have to do instead the environment motivates you to do your activities
