      Pros

      Great team, great dynamic and everyone is willing to pitch in and help at any time. The company really cares about the happiness of their employees, by including things like revenue transparency, keeping staff up-to-date with projects and progress, supplying breakfast, great coffee, Friday drinks, regular social events and much more to help the team come together and bond. There was also a company wide bonus which is awarded to everyone when the company hits its revenue target, which really help you feel like you're feel part of the big picture.

      Thanks for the feedback and all your help over the years. It's certainly a great team in Melbourne and every time I've visited I've been impressed by the team spirit and commitment there. Of course, out of 250 staff, only a handful are in Melbourne and so this inevitably limits career progression opportunities there. But training is important too and whilst there is a large amount of training given to staff in the UK (for example all this week is 'Learning At Work Week', that doesn't always work out logistically for Australia, so the feedback is noted.
