1) Freedom to think loud 2) Freedom to experiment and take decision 3) Supportive Managers 4) Employee friendly HR policies 5) Open door environment 6) Democratic way of working
Cons
1) Focus on multiple things with divided attention 2) Too many IIM/IITs around just for their certificate 3) Quikr acquisition handled very very poorly. Management made false promises and shook their hands off, showing no responsibilities towards employees, even ones who worked with them from their initial days.
